The People’s Government of Xinxiang Signed Framework Agreement of Xinxiang-Jincheng Freeway Project With Our Group

On January 13, 2015, the signing conference for Xinxiang-Jincheng freeway project, which Zhonggang Construction Group Co., Ltd. was planning to invest in Xinxiang City, was held in the conference room of our group company’s administration building. Participants included Mayor Shu Qing, Deputy Mayor Liu Sen and leaders in relevant government departments of Xinxiang City as well as Chairman Cheng Biao, Deputy Chairman Qin Gaoju and relevant managers of Zhonggang Construction Group Co., Ltd. The framework agreement was signed by Cai Shenglin, Director of Transportation Authority of Xinxiang City, and Cheng Biao, Chairman of our group, on behalf of the two parties.
The signing conference for Xinxiang-Jincheng freeway project was hosted by Qin Gaoju, Deputy Chairman of our group company. Shu Qing, Mayor of Xinxiang, and Cheng Biao, Chairman of our group, addressed respectively at the conference. Mr. Cheng firstly expressed the warm welcome for the arriving of Xinxiang government delegation and indicated that Xinxiang was one of important cities in the Central Plains economic region and even in the corn area of the Central Plains Urban Agglomerations, and Xinxiang-Jincheng freeway project was full of significance to the development of Xinxiang, therefore Zhonggang Construction Group was determined to invest and construct Xinxiang-Jincheng freeway project with firmed confidence, and cooperate sincerely to achieve mutual benefits. Besides, Mayor Shu Qing, on behalf of the delegation, made an important speech about the investment cooperation project of Xinxiang-Jincheng freeway, and emphasized that Xinxiang was in the crucial geographic position in Henan province with solid economic strength and rich sources and the signing of this framework agreement would promote the construction process of Xinxiang-Jincheng freeway project. He hoped that the two parties could form ties thanks to this project and build a bright future together.
It was reported that the investment and construction of Xinxiang-Jincheng freeway project will be carried out in BOT mode and expected to realize transport service in three years
